The Private Equity Exchange with more than 1,200 Limited Partners, General Partners and corporates, is the largest and most prestigious international Private Equity & Restructuring Conference in Europe. The jury were renowned fund-of-fund investors including e.g. Access Capital Partners, Akina Partners, Aberdeen SVG , AlpInvest Partners, OFI Asset Management, LGT Capital Partners and BlackRock Equity Partners. Main Capital has, through its focus on the later stage software companies industry, a proven track record and a large network within the industry. This year, Main Capital has successfully sold SaaS-based Cloud Backup software company IASO to software company GFI. In late October 2013, the new Main Capital III fund closed to new investors.
