New Skool Media, publisher of magazines, multiple websites and e-commerce products, has acquired 100% of the shares in Columbus Travel. For over 10 years Columbus publishes a travel magazine, has a very interactive website and publishes multiple specials and books. Main Corporate Finance acted as advisor to New Skool Media in this transaction. The credit facility is provided by Rabobank Almere.
