Merging the companies is a strategic choice of Roxit Group to strengthen its position in the field of Spatial Planning and the Geo-field. Crotec will continue to operate independently to a large extent. Through the bundling of products, experience, and strength, the companies within the Roxit Group will be able to offer a more complete portfolio in various fields in the public domain. The Roxit Group has acquired 100% of the shares of Crotec. With support of Main Capital, Roxit Group strives to grow its portfolio of software products; among others through targeted acquisitions such as Green Valley and Crotec.
