GOconnectIT

Accelerating GOconnectIT’s growth by sharing knowledge and experience in international buy-and-build strategies

GOconnectIT offers innovative and specialist ICT solutions for companies active in the infrastructure segment. GOconnectIT has a focus on the cable, pipeline and glass fiber industry. The company does this with very progressive software solutions for GIS and field service automation. The GIS systems, Klic App and GMF App, simplify business processes and are cost efficient. GOconnectIT is also a specialist in the field of diversion processes with over 26.000 users. For large infrastructural projects, the company supports both the technical and the legal and financial side of the process cables and pipelines.

Main Capital actively supports GOconnectIT in expanding its current growth, internationalization and strengthening of the organization. The focus will be on expanding the product and services portfolio by providing innovative scalable solutions, as well as doing targeted acquisitions. The company will use the position of the Netherlands as a pioneer in the digitization of the cable and pipeline market to enter other European markets, including Belgium and the United Kingdom.

Right from the beginning, GOconnectIT has focused on GIS and the coordination of the cables and pipelines process for infrastructural projects. Based on this specialism, groundbreaking technology has been introduced for field staff and the team is currently working on GIS for the entire sector. Within the first two years of working together, Main has supported GOconnectIT in the acquisition of Geodan van den Berg as well as the acquisition of Swiss Knife, and we expect more acquisitions in the future.
