Inergy Analytical Solutions, a specialized Managed BI and Data Analytics service provider based in Woerden, joins forces with LIAS Software, based in Ede. Danny Bosman, CEO of LIAS Software, remains involved as a shareholder and joins the management board of Inergy. The business combination creates a very solid company with 130 employees and a focus on four market verticals: government, retail / consumer, finance and logistics.
LIAS Software is a supplier of a broad suite of software and services in the field of Corporate Performance Management, planning and control, management information and risk management. With LIAS’ software, customers keep a grip on their ‘planning and control’ cycle. In addition, the software helps to meet issues such as digitization and increasing transparency within governments. Over 140 government organizations are currently working with the software, including water boards, regional partnerships, provinces and municipalities in particular.
The products and services of Inergy and LIAS fit seamlessly together and respond to the ongoing trend of combining BI / Analytics and CPM software.
Cooperation LIAS Software – Inergy
Mathijs van Houweninge (Director of Inergy): ‘Inergy is pleased with this step; we are very enthusiastic about further supporting the growth of LIAS. Furthermore, this combination allows to make our knowledge and expertise in the field of BI, analytics and data warehousing technology available in the government domain and offer these customers a broader package of products and services.’
Danny Bosman (Managing Director of LIAS): ‘In addition to having better grip on planning and control, government managers want residents, companies and other stakeholders to become more involved in their ambitions, developments and delivered performances. This is why they give priority to publications in this area and to transparency and communication objectives. Converting complex systems with a lot of data into usable information is extremely important in control issues. With the combination of Inergy and LIAS Software we deliver a product range that fits well with these developments.’
Main Capital invested in Inergy in 2017 and supports the group in the further expansion of the business in the coming years, both with organic growth and through targeted acquisitions.
