Focus on Cloud Business for Content Services and Digital Process Automation

JobRouter® distributor becomes US subsidiary/ More than 80 customers and partners expand JobRouter network / Clear focus on expansion of alliances in the ECM/DPA & Cloud area

Axel Ensinger & Marcus Nagel (Co-CEOs JobRouter)

Mannheim, 13 November 2018 – JobRouter AG, a global software company with a cross-industry low-code digitization platform based in Mannheim, Germany, today announced the acquisition of BPS-24, a JobRouter distributor based in Southfield, Michigan, USA.  BPS-24 founder and former President Wolfgang Kaden will lead the new US subsidiary in the role of COO. He will report directly to JobRouter Co-CEOs Axel Ensinger and Marcus Nagel.

BPS-24 has distributed the JobRouter digitalization platform in the US since 2009 via a partner network with a continuously growing customer base, which includes well-known companies and organizations from all sectors. The new US subsidiary will also expand the JobRouter cloud business for content services and digital process automation.

“After the strategic investment by Private Equity Partner Main Capital in 2017, we have now taken the next step in our growth strategy,” says Marcus Nagel, JobRouter Co-CEO & CCO. “The US market is particularly important for us on the road to further internationalization. Wolfgang Kaden has done a very good job of laying the groundwork and advancing brand awareness of the JobRouter platform. Now is the time to invest more in expansion in order to maintain our position in this very fast-moving market. We see great potential, both from a technological and a sales point of view, to make a leap forward”.

Since its founding in 2013, JobRouter AG has reported an average annual growth in sales of 26 percent and an exponential increase in software licenses.

“Of course, there are many players in the American Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Digital Process Automation (DPA) markets, but there are few solutions that can compare with our unique combination of workflow, document and data management in one platform,” adds Axel Ensinger, Co-CEO and CPO at JobRouter. “Groundbreaking analysts and technology companies are based in the USA and are driving global networking forward. This expansion will allow us to capitalize on strategic collaboration opportunities with those organizations. We are very pleased to have found in Wolfgang Kaden a COO who knows the US market and the potential of the platform. This combination is unbeatable”.

“In our function as a US distributor, we have successfully established ourselves on the US market in recent years together with JobRouter AG,” says Wolfgang Kaden, COO of JobRouter US. “JobRouter, with its superior feature set and future-oriented technology, is ideally positioned to meet the digitization challenges of global companies efficiently, securely and flexibly. The acquisition now gives us the opportunity to further expand our market presence and respond even faster to customer requirements. In the USA, the cloud business and openness to innovative technologies will also open up new business potential that we want to exploit to the full.”
