With pleasure we announce the complete sale of the majority stake in Zetacom Group to Gilde Healthcare. Zetacom is a value added system integrator for telecommunication solutions in the enterprise market. Zetacom delivers innovative communications solutions for SMEs, large businesses and institutions, from 1 to 100,000+ connections. Zetacom specializes in enterprise telephony, networks, management systems, VoIP, location tracking, mobile telephony, hosted and cloud telephony (NFON) and unified communications. With 140 employees, Zetacom is working from Zoetermeer, Bleiswijk and ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
Among their clients are the municipality of Maastricht and Stern Group, but also many hospitals and institutions. Especially for the last mentioned target the Zetacom Care concept has been developed. At the moment, more than 25% of the Dutch hospitals have chosen for a solution or service of Zetacom, including the UMC in Utrecht, The Rotterdam Eye Hospital and the HagaZiekenhuis in The Hague.
