Main Capital Partners and Connexys have announced today that Main Capital III has acquired a majority position in Connexys. After the MBO of Sofon, this is the second investment of Main Capital III, the youngest PE fund of Main Capital Partners. Connexys is the Dutch market leader in solutions for Talent Management and Corporate Recruitment.

The fund Main Capital III invests exclusively in established software companies. The innovative SaaS- and cloud-based software of Connexys streamlines the entire recruitment process of over 200 corporate enterprises such as FRIESLAND CAMPINA, STORK, ESSENT, BAM, IMTECH and AEGON. Connexys also delivers solutions for job mobility to predominantly municipalities and provinces. Connexys strongly distinguishes itself by delivering innovative recruitment sites and portals. NUwerk.nl and werftsamen.nl are platforms that are created by Connexys. The innovative character of Connexys comes to light by delivering a complete solution for recruiting and selecting both fixed and temporary resources. This product is entirely based on the Force.com development platform of Salesforce.com. The platform has attractive benefits in terms of distribution, technical scalability and offers the possibility for a modular roll-out of a desired solution. The complete resource product has been successfully implemented by several Connexys-customers. Main Capital invests in Connexys to further support the growth strategy, which involves further building on and professionalizing the partner channel, internationalization based on the Force.com product and further expand the current market leader position based on a clever product/market strategy.

Charly Zwemstra, managing partner of Main Capital: ‘’We are pleased to announce this investment. HR/Talent Management Software is still a highly fragmented market with excellent growth expectations. We believe in the Force.com platform as a basis for the strategic roll-out of software companies including internationalization.’’

Gijs van Heijst, CEO of Connexys: “Main Capital is a partner with a strong track record in the IT sector. The knowledge, the network and the investment of Main Capital in Connexys make sure that Connexys can realize its organizational targets faster when it comes to connecting ambitions.”
