Main Capital realizes successful sale of Denit to Uniserver

The Hague, August 31 – Jointly both companies have a strong strategic market fit and form a new leading cloudspecialist within the Dutch IT-market.

Main Capital is pleased to announce the sale of its majority shareholding in Denit to Uniserver, a specialized Dutch provider of cloud hosting solutions with over 20 years of experience in the sector.

Denit is headquartered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and employs 40 people. In the recent years Denit specialized in quality service for ISV’s (software companies).

The core strategy of Denit is to serve software companies and IT-providers with dedicated solutions, ensuring the highest possible uptime and strong business continuity.

Main Capital invested in Denit in 2016 and focused on autonomous growth by establishing a specific focus on ISV’s providing specialized solutions such as ‘’SaaSification’’ and Containerization. Next to that, Main has supported Denit with the add-on acquisition of Dutch Cloud in 2017.
