Main Capital sells its majority stake in Ymor to Sentia Group

Sentia, provider of high-end Cloud solutions, has acquired performance specialist Ymor. The acquisition supports the portfolio of Sentia in the area of Application Performance Management and enables a new phase in the growth strategy of Ymor.

Ymor has a team of ca. 100 professionals operating from offices in The Netherlands and Denmark and is serving a triple-A client base of over 250 enterprise customers.

Ymor delivers a suite of innovative solutions mainly focused around the areas of Application Performance Management (APM) and IT Operations Analytics (ITOA). Ymor’s core strategy is to serve large corporate customers with dedicated software tools and specialized knowledge regarding performance monitoring.
