MBO EuroSystems

In July 2011, Main Capital II BV has realized a management buy-out (MBO) together with the management of EuroSystems, financed by ING. EuroSystems (www.eurosystems.nl) is a leading supplier of administrative software for collection agencies and the bailiff market.

Furthermore, the market for credit companies has been entered. Especially this market offers high growth potential. Before the MBO, the management of EuroSystems already was major shareholder of the company as the result of a MBO a few years ago. Since then, ING was the financier, and has despite strong competition of other banks, continued her relationship with EuroSystems, due to a combination of a decisive execution, sharp rates and attractive conditions (e.g. the provision of a stand-by credit facility for co-financing acquisitions). For Main Capital II, this investment in a stable and growing supplier of scalable software products provides an exceptional return on equity.
