In March 2014 Main Capital III BV has, together with the management of Ruijs Visual Computing BV (RVC), realized a management buy-out (MBO). Main Capital III has acquired a majority shareholding. The current management of RVC remains shareholder and the CEO acquired a minority shareholding. Main Corporate Finance has structured this MBO and has arranged the credit facility, which is provided by ING.

RVC develops and sells specialized software solutions for image processing, image archiving, photo management, photo archiving, microscopy and image analysis. Furthermore, the company offers implementation and training. RVC is active in the health care sector (hospitals) and is market leader in this sector. The company was founded in 1991, is located in Baarn (The Netherlands) and has 24 employees. The strategy is to ensure further growth in the Dutch health care sector. To realize this, the company extends its leading technological position with new solutions such as mobile, business intelligence and viewing application of radiological images. The advanced state of the systems and applications in the Dutch medical field compared to the rest of the world gives RVC an excellent platform for international expansion.
