Partner Management: Level up!
On June 30th we gathered with about 40 Partner Managers and commercial leaders of enterprise software companies, all in the portfolio of Main Capital, to learn from Christof Majer how to bring Partner Sales Management to the next level. Majer:

During the full day Masterclass, Majer touched on topics like partner recruitment, partner portfolio management and skillsets of successful partner managers within software companies. Next to relevant frameworks, the group was equipped with a practical toolkit that can be applied in order to execute Partner Management at an operational level.
