Düsseldorf/ Karlsruhe, 17th of June 2021 – SIVIS, a recognized provider of identity management software solutions, joins the portfolio of Main Capital Partners. The comprehensive solution helps to organize roles, identities and authorizations within the SAP ecosystem, allowing customers to compliantly manage its users. SIVIS’s subscription revenue is expected to grow at remarkable 34% this year.

SIVIS was founded in 1999 and focuses on SAP add-ons all around IDM, risk management, compliance and authorizations. Using SIVIS’ solutions allows customers to organize and manage roles and identities within the SAP ecosystem from a single location in an automated and user-friendly manner. Headquartered in Karlsruhe, the company serves more than 120 loyal enterprise customers in several industries, engaging 46 employees. SIVIS’ modular solution supports all relevant software product versions of SAP, including S4/HANA and can also be connected to cloud systems through industry standard interfaces. Some of the partners that SIVIS closely collaborates with are Mehrwerk, Voquz and Mindsquare.

SIVIS’ security and compliance solutions make complex SAP administration almost effortless. The solution portfolio supports in administering authorizations, accesses, emergency management, compliance analyses and more. Flagship modules of SIVIS include its Role Manager, Identity Manager and Compliance Manager. The Role Manager allows for a simple and central administration of all roles in the SAP system, while the identity manager enables a simple user and user rights administration. The Compliance Manager closes GDPR security gaps and mitigates compliance risks as it detects role conflicts through analyzing the SAP authorization concept. With a selective buy and build strategy, we aim to further expand the product offering and enhance the customer value proposition.

Companies with hundreds or thousands of employees are oftentimes challenged with granting their staff access to the right applications at the time needed. Managing that many users in an ecosystem is a complex and time-consuming task that can lead to a lack of security and compliance when handled improperly. As security and compliance requirements tighten for enterprises, system and infrastructure landscapes become more complex, and digital identities become increasingly important, the Identity & Access Management software market is expected to strongly grow in the future.

The founders of SIVIS have built up a strong and enthusiastic young management team to succeed them. In the course of the transaction, the second-line managers have acquired a substantial stake in SIVIS underlining their commitment and believe in the future of SIVIS . The joint growth strategy between Main Capital and the succeeding management team is to internationally expand the business and enhance the product offering with selective add-on acquisitions also beyond the SAP ecosystem, such that enterprise-wide systems can be managed and controlled from a single source.
