Office Manager

To strengthen the fast-growing operation in our Boston office, we are looking for a new colleague to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the office and join our team as an Office Manager.

You will join a newly established team of 4 and be responsible for independently running all administrative and facility tasks, reception work and other office support tasks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • You will handle all reception work, including phone calls and welcoming guests.
  • You will maintain a stock of office supplies and provisions.
  • You will arrange travel accommodation for colleagues.
  • You will have an assisting role in various administrative tasks.
  • You will manage the calendars of the senior investment team.
  • You will arrange and prepare meetings.
  • You will be the first point of contact for all external parties related to office matters.
  • You will assist the overseas Marketing/PR Team with US-specific initiatives.
  • You will assist the overseas HR department with US-specific basic tasks.

  • You have max 2 years work experience in an administrative role, hospitality, or customer service.
