We can use your information after consent if you have visited our websites, filled our contact or newsletter request forms or registered your company for the Main Software 50 award.
Personal information that is collected is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes. Personal information will be destroyed or deleted if no longer necessary.

The processing of personal data is based on the ‘execution of the agreement’. This also includes administration.
For sending of our newsletter to interested parties, the basis ‘consent’ applies. Recipients of the newsletter can withdraw their consent at any time if they wish. Main Capital Partners also asks consent for placing tracking cookies.

We work together with service providers who, among other things, build and manage our website and IT systems. Besides, a Depositary Service Provider is hired which monitors financial transactions and performance KYC checks on our investors. We make good agreements with them about their obligations and powers. We record these in contracts and processor agreements.

Main Capital Partners does not store your data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this privacy statement.
