To further strengthen our fast-growing operations at our office in Paris, we are looking for an experienced, proactive and hands-on Office Manager.

In this role, you will take full responsibility for ensuring the office operates seamlessly, professionally, and efficiently at all times. As the central point of coordination, you manage day-to-day office operations independently and create an environment where everything runs smoothly.

You are someone who takes ownership and anticipates what needs to be done. You proactively identify areas that require attention and act on them without needing direction. With a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset, you ensure the office is well-organized, welcoming, and fully functional for everyone.

Your key responsibilities will be

  • Overseeing complex calendar management for the regional Head.
  • Coordinating and facilitating meetings, ensuring everything is prepared to a high standard.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for guests and incoming calls.
  • Arranging (international) travel for colleagues.
  • Supporting the organization of company and team events.
  • Overseeing office operations, suppliers and stock management.
  • Proactively identifying improvements to office processes and efficiency.
