The application process

While the process may differ slightly for different roles or teams, the same basics apply. Here you can find a general overview of the application process.

Apply & Invitation

Start your application process by sending in your CV, motivation letter (or video), and grade list. We will review your application documents and if we believe that you are a match you will be invited to enter the hiring process.

Interviews & Case Study

You will undergo several in-person interviews, either on the same day or spread over a period of time. The interview process can be rigorous, but it’s also meant to give you the opportunity to get to know us better too and see whether there’s a match on both ends.
