Why you’ll be a great fit:

  • Relevant Experience: You have a minimum of 4 years experience in the financial field, preferably within an accounting firm
  • Accurate: You are accurate, practical and above all hands-on/self-starting.

  • Educational Background: You have a HBO/WO – financial study background.
  • Analytical skills: Your strong analytical skills and understanding of bookkeeping, financial and management accounting set you apart.
  • Independent and Organized: You have the ability to work independently and set priorities in changing and exciting work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinating: Coordinating role with regard to the reporting of the participations in collaboration with the deal teams and the auditors.
  • Reporting, calculating and booking: Provide interim (quarterly/monthly) reporting and forecasting investment funds. Prepare the valuation of the investments and the funds (NAV).
  • Overall support: You will provide overall support to the CFRO and Sr. Fund Controller in all areas.
  • Compliance & KYC: Involvement in compliance/regulatory activities regarding financial obligations, e.g. implementation and compliance with laws and regulations related to AIFMD license.
  • Administration / tax: Updating the financial administration of the funds. Prepare the annual accounts of the fund entities and coordinate the audit process with the auditors.
