To further strengthen our fast-growing operations at our office in The Hague, we are looking for an experienced, proactive, and hands-on Office Manager.

In this role, you will work closely with our Office Manager and Senior Office Manager. Together, you ensure our offices operates seamlessly, professionally and efficiently at all times. You are someone who takes ownership and anticipates what needs to be done. You naturally spot what needs attention and you take action.

  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Available 32–40 hours per week in the office (Mondays required).

Your key responsibilities will be

  • Overseeing complex calendar management for one or more Partners;
  • Coordinating and facilitating meetings, ensuring everything is prepared to a high standard;
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for guests and incoming calls;
  • Arranging travel and temporary accommodation for colleagues from our international offices;
  • Supporting the organization of company and team events;
  • Overseeing office operations, suppliers and stock management;
  • Proactively identifying improvements to office processes and efficiency.
