In partnership with Main, FleetGO has significantly strengthened its position as a pan-European logistics software provider. The addition of FleetGO expands Aptean’s transportation management capabilities and will enable Aptean to further strengthen its European supply chain management offering.
Since Main’s initial investment in the platform in 2022, the group has developed from a specialized telematics solutions provider into an AI-enabled end-to-end logistics software platform serving mid-market road logistics companies across Europe. Headquartered in Hattem, the Netherlands, the Group currently employs more than 250 professionals across nine European offices and provides modern, cloud-based software solutions to over 8,100 SME and enterprise customers. FleetGO benefits from long-standing customer relationships and a highly scalable cloud platform.
FleetGO offers a comprehensive software suite spanning transportation, fleet, and warehouse management. Main’s buy-and-build strategy around the platform included six strategic add-on acquisitions. Notable acquisitions include Eurotracs in 2023, which expanded FleetGO’s pure-play telematics offering with a Transport Management System, and Data2Track in 2024, which added fleet analytics, time registration, and a driver app to the suite. Once a cohesive suite had been established, FleetGO added vertical-specific capabilities through the acquisitions of ScoreTrace in 2025, which introduced functionality tailored to the tipper market, and DreamTec in 2026, which provided solutions specifically designed for the fuel transport market. The combination of a broad product suite and high-value, vertical-specific functionality created end-to-end coverage across the supply chain management value chain and significant cross-selling opportunities throughout the group.
Aptean’s acquisition will support FleetGO in accelerating its next phase of international growth and product innovation. The transaction represents a strong strategic fit for Aptean, further enhancing its transportation management capabilities. For FleetGO, the acquisition provides a platform to continue expanding its integrated logistics software offering on a global scale.

The company’s customer-centric approach, cloud-based platform, and deep domain expertise align closely with Aptean’s strategy of delivering mission-critical, industry-specific software to our customers. Sven van Berge Henegouwen, Managing Partner & Head of DACH at Main, concluded: “FleetGO is a strong example of Main Capital Partners’ strategy of partnering with ambitious software companies and supporting them in becoming larger, more international, and strategically positioned market leaders. Since our initial investment in 2022, the business has broadened its offering through six strategic add-on acquisitions and evolved into a pan-European logistics software provider with a differentiated position across transportation, fleet, and warehouse management. This transaction marks Main’s 39th exit overall, its second exit this year, and its eighth in the DACH region, which further validates the effectiveness of our investment strategy and the continued attractiveness in an increasingly AI-driven software market. We are proud of the partnership with Ronald and the FleetGO team and believe Aptean is the right partner to support FleetGO in its next phase of growth.”
