The acquisition marks a pivotal step in enventa Group’s mission to create an integrated suite of business software, offering their customers an even more comprehensive set of solutions. Additionally, the group increases its footprint in Austria, Switzerland and Germany towards its aim of becoming a leading one-stop-shop software provider for the German-speaking SME market.

syska, founded in 1992 and headquartered in Karlsruhe, Germany, provides a solution for accounting to SMEs and serves a loyal customer base of more than 3,000 clients across the entire DACH-region. Their platform is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly. It offers a wide range of features, including bookkeeping, accounting & cost control. The company’s key products are syska EURO FIBU and syska ProFI. syska EURO FIBU is a comprehensive accounting software designed for smaller companies, while syska ProFI offers more features and is suitable for larger firms.
