Pro4all expands towards the Nordics with the acquisition of Byggeprojekt

After the acquisition of Munich-based PMG in March 2023, Byggeprojekt marks the second step in the international buy-and-build strategy of Pro4all since its management teamed up with the strategic software investor Main Capital Partners (“Main”) in April 2022.

Byggeprojekt, established in 2015 and headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, is a prominent software provider for the construction and real estate industry. The company offers a multi-tenant SaaS product with modular solutions focused on project collaboration, planning, document management, tendering & quality assurance. Byggeprojekt services more than 300 construction and real estate companies located in the Nordics region.

Building a leading European software group
Through the combination of Pro4all and Byggeprojekt, the newly formed group will establish a diversified customer base of more than 1,500 stakeholders in the construction and real estate industry. With a strong market presence in the Benelux, DACH and Nordics regions, the company has established a solid customer base with ample potential to further expand into other European countries. Additionally, the organizations foresee opportunities for a strong and unique combined product proposition which is well positioned to further digitize the construction industry and help customers with maintaining control over their processes, quality and costs. The latter has become ever important with high interest rates and rising material costs. There is still much to gain in further streamlining the construction process with the help of highly qualitative software.
