As a member of the investment team, you will actively be involved in evaluating investment opportunities and deal execution.

What your responsibilities will be:

You will be involved in the entire investment process as an active part of the investment team;
You will proactively contact and engage with potential dealflow, as well as portfolio companies;
You will analyze company and market information, establish financial models and provide insight into investment and financing proposals;
You will prepare Investment Proposals; help preparing the Quarterly Reporting and organizing events;
You will assist (Sr.) Investment Managers and Partners in daily activities and assist portfolio companies with strategic developments.

You will undergo several in-person interviews, either on the same day or spread over a period of time. The interview process can be rigorous, but it’s also meant to give you the opportunity to get to know us better too and see whether there’s a match on both ends. Depending on the role, we will ask you to conduct a specifically designed case study. This way we can assess your skills and you’ll know what to expect when working at Main. We’ll let you know early on about any additional information and materials you’ll need in order for you to be able to prepare well.
