Sensire acquires ZONITH, expanding its HSEQ offering with Staff Safety Solutions

This acquisition marks the first step in Sensire’s buy-and-build strategy to expand its footprint in the HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) market. The strategic combination of the two companies aims to create a leading force within the broader HSEQ market in northwestern Europe.

ZONITH, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, delivers a platform for staff safety and lone-worker protection. Its proprietary platform integrates wireless indoor positioning, GPS tracking, and smartphone applications to ensure safety for employees in different environments. The company primarily serves the Danish market, with a growing presence in Norway, Sweden and other parts of Europe, working with prominent clients such as Arla, Copenhagen municipality and HSBC Bank.

Sensire, headquartered in Joensuu, Finland, is a leading HSEQ software provider focusing on medical and food safety. Its platform supports clients such as Attendo, Fazer, and Essote with tools for condition monitoring, task management and document management, supporting them adhere to stringent regulatory standards.
