Alfa eCare, a fast-growing healthcare software provider in the Nordics, today announces the acquisition of Avancit, active in the Swedish and Norwegian personal assistance market providing innovative solutions for care practitioners in the private and public sector. The acquisition was supported by Main Capital Partners (“Main”).

Avancit, founded in 2000, has grown into a leading player in software solutions for the personal assistance market. Avancit offers several solutions to improve the quality of work processes for care providers in the personal assistance vertical through a comprehensive platform including solutions for scheduling, time reporting and payroll management in one system.

Avancit becomes the fifth acquisition by Alfa eCare, since Main Capital Partners became majority owners of the group in 2020. With a complimentary offer targeting the personal assistance market, the Alfa group strengthens its position in the Nordic welfare market. Alfa group currently services over 1,300 customers in the public as well as the private sector, which today includes players such as Humana, Previa, Tandea, Pilke and St Lukas, Region Skåne and Värmland and the municipalities of Joensuu, Hämeenlinna, Nacka and Stockholm Stad.
