Main takes a majority stake in WeFact

Main announced its partnership with Dutch invoicing software specialist WeFact. This strategic partnership has been formed to jointly accelerate WeFact's national and international growth.

Main announced its partnership with Dutch invoicing software specialist WeFact. This strategic partnership has been formed to jointly accelerate WeFact’s national and international growth. Led by the management and supported by Main’s expertise within the international software market, WeFact will strengthen its market position and further develop its product portfolio to deliver even greater added value to its customers and partners.

WeFact, founded in 2005 and based in Eersel, the Netherlands, is a modern SaaS invoicing software provider, facilitating sending invoices, preparing quotations and processing purchase invoices, in order for customers to maintain continuous insight and control over their administration. With a go-to-market strategy focused on product-led growth, WeFact serves more than 10,000 customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and numerous other European countries. More than 750 accounting firms act as reselling partners for WeFact and recommend it as the ideal online invoicing and administration solution for entrepreneurs.

Growth acceleration

WeFact and Main will work closely together to achieve both national and international growth acceleration. The growth strategy will include deepening and broadening the product offering, (inter)national sales by the internal team and through partners, and exploring opportunities for strategic acquisitions. This strategy will be focused on accelerating organic growth, including expanding the partner network and enhancing internationalization. Additionally, the organic growth strategy will be accelerated through selective strategic combinations with other market players.
