Aunetic acquires Swedish compliance software provider Qnister

The deal follows Aunetic’s formation as an international governance software group, built on the merger of Swedish Blika (Tax & Legal solutions) and German Audimex (Internal Audit solutions) as well as Aunetic’s investment in Swiss LARI Digital in 2023 (Regulatory Compliance solutions).
