sycat group is a Germany-based IMS software company, specializing in the development of software for integrated management systems (IMS). Together, JobRouter and sycat can offer integrated management systems and process automation from a single source and will continue their focus on SMEs in the DACH region. The combination with sycat marks the second acquisition of JobRouter since the start of the strategic partnership with Main Capital Partners in 2017. The combined group employs c. 140 employees and is expected to generate revenues towards EUR 20m in 2024.

The integrated instruction and e-learning module enables the instruction of individual company specifications as well as standard instructions, e.g. from occupational safety and data security.
