Omnidocs, a Danish company backed by Main acquires a majority stake in Presentation Solutions, a UK-based document productivity tools provider with international presence. The acquisition marks yet an important step in Omnidocs international growth journey.

Founded in 2004, Presentation Solutions is a UK-based document creation player providing productivity tools primarily to firms within accounting, transaction advisory, and banks in the UK and US but also internationally. Today, Presentation Solutions has users in 150+ countries and has a strong footprint in the UK and US which together make up approximately 60% of revenues. Presentation Solutions offers a productivity suite that helps customers produce complex branded documents, which fits well into the current productivity tool suite of Omnidocs and would further sharpen the offering towards financial and professional services industries.

Presentation Solutions marks the fourth add-on acquisition for Omnidocs and will improve the overall strategic positioning of Omnidocs Group in the private sector globally. Following the recent combination with Xential, which increases its presence in the public sector, Presentation Solutions also supports Omnidocs’ international growth ambitions. The group will now have a strong position in the UK, Benelux, DACH, and the Nordics, with an improved value proposition for existing and new clients.
