Whitevision announces the acquisition of Inconto, a Dutch provider of e-procurement, contract management and invoice processing software solutions.

Inconto marks the first step in the buy-and-build strategy of Whitevision since partnering with strategic software investor Main Capital Partners in August 2024.

Inconto, established in 1998 and headquartered in Nieuwkoop, The Netherlands, is a developer and provider of document processing and Procure-to-Pay solutions. The company provides its products via a multi-tenant SaaS platform with various modular solutions. Inconto services a Benelux-based customer base, primarily active in the public, healthcare and hospitality verticals.

Building a leading Intelligent Document Processing player

With the addition of Inconto, Whitevision significantly enhances its offering in Intelligent Document Processing and the Procure-to-Pay value chain. Inconto adds highly complementary contract management automation and e-procurement solutions to the group. Additionally, the combination of Inconto and Whitevision will lead to a more diversified customer base across various industries; Whitevision will play a crucial role in Inconto’s expansion and growth in document-heavy verticals such as the construction industry.
