Inconto marks the first step in the buy-and-build strategy of Whitevision since partnering with strategic software investor Main Capital Partners in August 2024.

With the addition of Inconto, Whitevision significantly enhances its offering in Intelligent Document Processing and the Procure-to-Pay value chain. Inconto adds highly complementary contract management automation and e-procurement solutions to the group.
