  • Secure knowledge and maintain reusable checklists/playbooks (best practices);
  • Analyze critical skills and work processes of (future) portfolio companies, including in the field of AI;
  • Contribution to internal IT & data-driven working:

    • Change management in IT innovations: from stakeholder mapping, communication, and training to measurable adoption and continuous improvement;
    • Ensure security and compliance (DORA and ISO 27001): set up policies and controls (IAM, endpoint, patching, backup), organize audits/pen tests, and follow up on findings systematically.

Why you would be a good fit for us:

  • You have completed a higher professional education (HBO) or university education (WO) in (Technical) Computer Science or a similar field, with a solid foundation in IT architecture and modern technologies;
  • You want to work on both a strategic and hands-on level: from vision and architectural choices to actually implementing changes in the organization and the portfolio. You are proactive, see the bigger picture but are also able to understand details;
  • You enjoy switching between internal IT, data & analytics, security, and investments – and you love making a tangible impact;
  • You have 4-6 years of relevant experience, for example as a Technology Due Diligence Analyst, IT Project Manager, IT Transformation Manager, IT Lead, (Enterprise) Architect, or Software Engineering Lead with a broad scope; Experience with Tech Due Diligence (Tech DD) and demonstrable experience in quickly understanding application landscapes, code quality, security, and team processes (e.g., through audits or integrations);
