HR Lead

  • The Hague
To support our rapidly growing international operations, we are seeking a new colleague with experience in HR Projects, a proactive, practical mindset and strong analytical skills to join our team as a HR Lead.

HR Lead

Main Capital, as one of the most successful software-focused private equity firms globally, is growing rapidly and expanding its operations across Europe and the US. To facilitate growth, it is of utmost importance to attract, retain and develop talent – whether it’s in the core investment teams or enabling teams. Consequently, the HR function of Main becomes more strategic. Currently, the HR team consists of one HR manager with broad responsibilities, reporting to the COO (Bram Kaashoek, for HR strategy) and CFO (Wilko Scheurwater, for HR administration) of Main Capital Partners. To further support our growth and further internationalization, we are expanding that team with a Lead. The Lead will, together with the HR manager, oversee and engage in the broad HR activities and responsibilities (incl. recruitment, HR administration), but will especially boost the HR function in areas like employer branding (together with Marketing & Communications team), onboarding, learning & development, talent development (incl. career paths), the promotion of a high-performing but open workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and HR planning together with Main’s leadership team. The HR Lead will work closely together with Main’s executive team.
