Xitres offers innovative cloud-based CRM solutions that enable clients to digitally manage the entire customer journey throughout the sales and rental processes while facilitating efficient communication with potential buyers and tenants. Given the significant housing shortages in the Dutch market, the need for innovative and robust tooling that optimizes such processes has become more relevant and crucial than ever. Collaboration between Xitres and Main
The current management team of Xitres will retain a significant minority stake and will remain closely involved post-closing. With Main’s expertise in the PropTech domain, supported by investments in Zig, Unik, and Axxerion, the growth strategy will focus on further product innovation within the real estate market and international expansion. Additionally, given its market-leading position in the Netherlands, Xitres is well-positioned as a starting point to pursue a smart & selective buy-and-build strategy focused on complementary product functionalities and international expansion. By combining collective strengths and expertise, Xitres will be even better equipped to meet customer needs and offer more innovative solutions to the market.
Martijn Fähnrich, CEO of Xitres, said: “Since our foundation, Xitres has demonstrated impressive growth leveraging its own strengths and expertise. Main’s market knowledge and experience perfectly align with Xitres and will enable us to continue delivering superior products & services to our customers, further institutionalize the company and ensure its ongoing success. This collaboration also offers new opportunities for our employees to develop their talents and play an important role in the organization’s future growth. We are enthusiastic about the synergies created through this collaboration and look forward to the opportunities it provides to further strengthen our market position.”
Sjoerd Aarts, Managing Partner at Main, concluded: “The PropTech market is a core focus market for Main due to the growth opportunities in this market, driven by the need for effective tools to improve key processes. In The Netherlands, but definitely also abroad, there is a large housing shortage and therefore a strong demand to build new future-proof houses. Xitres contributes to this by optimizing processes, unburdening the real estate managers and project developers and eventually optimally servicing home seekers. We are proud to announce our investment in Xitres and believe the company shows a great strategic fit with our portfolio, driven by its innovative product suite and great commercial performance. Together with the management team, we will focus on growing the company into a leading international PropTech player.”
