Xitres acquires Hartje Wonen, enhancing its real estate software with advanced marketing features, marking the start of its growth strategy.

Hengelo, March 5th 2025 – Xitres, a provider of software solutions for the Dutch residential real estate sector, announces the acquisition of Hartje Wonen. This acquisition marks the first step in Xitres’ buy-and-build strategy, following Main Capital’s investment in July 2024, and reinforces its position as a key player in the Dutch new-build real estate software sector.

Founded in 2012, Hartje Wonen has developed a cloud-based platform that streamlines and automates the sales process of new construction projects. Its software aligns closely with Xitres NieuwbouwOffice but adds advanced marketing functionalities that complement Xitres’ existing suite of solutions. Hartje Wonen serves a wide range of real estate developers, marketing agencies, and realtors, including VolkerWessels, Weboma and PRSC Vastgoedcommunicatie.

By joining forces with Hartje Wonen, Xitres strengthens its position as a professional provider of software solutions for the Dutch new-built real estate market, while also taking the first steps toward expansion into the Belgian and German real estate markets.

The acquisition of Hartje Wonen is an important step in Xitres’ growth strategy and perfectly aligns with our strategy to build a leading software group for the residential real estate market.
