Main Capital Partners is seeking a driven, analytical, and entrepreneurial Private Equity Analyst to join our growing North American investment team in Boston.
Main Capital Partners is a software investor focused exclusively on software and SaaS businesses managing private equity funds across Northwestern Europe and North America. With more than 20 years of experience, we partner closely with management teams to accelerate profitable growth and build well-positioned software companies.
Today, Main manages approximately $14 billion in assets and has completed more than 300 software investments. Our team of professionals operates from North America and Europe including offices in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Nordics, France, and the UK.

Job description
As a Private Equity Analyst, you will play an active role throughout the investment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to executing transactions and supporting portfolio companies. You will work closely with experienced investment professionals and gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of private equity investing.
