The CFO Day is hosted annually for our close community of CFOs and controllers from our portfolio companies to facilitate a space for knowledge-sharing and networking.
On September 10th, 2026, we hosted the Main CFO Day at the Steigenberger Park Hotel in Düsseldorf. This annual event brought together our network of CFOs and controllers from portfolio companies, providing a valuable platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and exchanging best practices.
The Main CTO Day 2026 focused on “The Intelligent Office of the CFO,” exploring how AI, data analytics, and technology are transforming finance functions and driving value creation across software businesses. The agenda featured practical examples of AI-driven efficiency gains, insights into building scalable platforms, and perspectives on the transition from founder-led to PE-backed companies. Through expert presentations, a panel discussion on AI opportunities, and an interactive breakout session, participants exchanged experiences and explored actionable opportunities for innovation. The day concluded with networking drinks and an optional evening program.
